This package combines the Jingyi GDZ80×73-2.2 air-cooled spindle motor with a matched 2.2 kW, 220 V variable frequency drive. The spindle is rated for 24,000 rpm at 400 Hz and uses the versatile ER20 collet system.

Choosing between ER20 and ER11
Choose this 2.2 kW ER20 package where the cutter shank requires the larger ER20 collet system and a matched VFD is needed. For smaller ER11 tooling and a 1.5 kW motor rating, compare the separate spindle below.
Before installation
Confirm the received spindle nameplate, VFD documentation, screened spindle cable, protective earth, machine mounting and selected ER20 collet before installation.
