For folding projects, please ensure your designs account for the K-factor, bend allowances, and material properties to achieve precise results. Additionally, all drawings must be submitted in 1:1 scale to maintain accuracy in production.

OLD MODEL SPEC:
CK45 Material with oxy heat treatment on teeth.
NEW MODEL SPEC: CK45 Material with inductive heat treatment and blackening.
The intentions of having both the keyway and taped hole are to enable mounting for a rounded shaft or motor shaft with the keyway. The tapping of the hole should be perpendicular (right angle) to the keyway. This is a little manufacturing error that will be fixed on the next batch. This should have little impact on the functionality.
Comment: - We cannot stock everything to suit all kinds of application so if you need to make the hole bigger then it is recommended to put it on the lathe and drill it( use your imagination). However, it is critical to ensure the hole is central.
Measurement is only approximate by our hand using a vernier caliper. We will upload the machining spec/tolerance later
